Hubble Falls has two waterfalls, each only 100 meters upstream and downstream off the woods road. In the 1800’s, a man named Hubble came from Connecticut to set up a saw mill. The power would come from the waterfalls of Hubble Falls 1. In his first year, a great thaw came in January and the ice in the stream completely destroyed his waterwheel powered sawmill.
